Philippians 4:8-9

Have you ever thought of the word “Meditate”? Maybe you have thought about it in the context of mystical religions, as in transcendental meditation 
But what about relating it to how we live our lives? What do we think about? 
What is it that causes us to pause and contemplate? 
For many people, negative thoughts crowd their minds and cause anxiety and confusion. 
For others, they may not want to think about anything; if I don’t think about it, then did it really happen? That doesn’t solve anything.
What we think about will affect our lives either positively or negatively.
So what we think about has a direct effect on our actions and emotions.
